DAY 1—AUCKLAND
On arrival you will be met by our representative and transferred to your hotel. The city occupies a superb site on a slender bridge of land astride two seas, the Pacific Ocean and the Tasman Sea. Built on sloping hills, its also unique being surrounded by 65 extinct volcanos.

This morning begin a comprehensive tour of the city and its environs. View the Domain Gardens, the twin harbors and the up to Mt. Eden for panoramic views over the city. Visit the Auckland War Memorial Museum containing a fascinating selection of Polynesian and Maori artifacts.

Day 3—ROTORUA
Depart Auckland for Waitomo by private car passing through lush farmland. At Waitomo explore the world famous Glow Worm caves and formations of stalactites and stalagmites. Continue to Rotorua.

Day 4—ROTORUA
The morning tour begins at the Agrodome to see sheep dogs working the stock followed by a sheep shearing demonstration. Visit the Thermal Reserve where geysers play at regular intervals amid hot springs and boiling mud pools. Afternoon and evening witness, in depth, the dramatic past of Maori life and culture.

Day 5—DUNEDIN
Morning transfer to the rail station where you will board The Taieri Gorge Limited for a wonderful scenic rail journey up to Pukerangi where you will be met by your private car and driver guide for your onward drive to Te Anau. This is the center for exploration of New Zealand’s most spectacular natural attractions including the famous Milford Track.

Morning transfer to the airport for your Flight to Queenstown. On arrival you will be met and transferred by private car for a spectacular drive along the lake to Te Anau. This is the center for exploration of New Zealand’s most spectacular natural attractions including the famous Milford Track. Afternoon at leisure.

Day 7—EXCURSION TO MILFORD SOUND
Join your motor launch this morning for a full day cruise up the 16 km waterway of the fiord where sheer mountain walls tower above the tranquil waters. Lunch on board amidst these unforgettable surroundings. Return to Te Anau in the afternoon.

Day 8—QUEENSTOWN
Morning transfer to the airport for your short flight to Queenstown beautifully situated on the shore of Lake Wakatipu. This afternoon will be spent sightseeing this favored area including a dramatic ride on a aerial gondola to the top of Bob’s Peak for a fantastic view of lake and mountains.

Day 9—QUEENSTOWN
Depart on a morning cruise across the lake to Walter Peak High Country Sheep Station. Following a meeting by the friendly staff, experiences of sheep station life are shared during morning coffee at the homestead. Visit the original wool shed and then watch the sheep dogs in action.

Day 10—CHRISTCHURCH
After a morning at leisure, you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Christchurch. Afternoon optional Gondola ride for a spectacular experience that gently lifts you 1500 feet above sea-level for a unique 360 degree view of Christchurch, the Canterbury Plains and Lyttelton Harbor.
