Important
Please read carefully the General Information and Conditions that follow.They limit our liability and that of the air carrier providing your tour transportation. In addition, they outline the terms and conditions under which your tour will operate. Acceptance of final tour documents represents an acceptance by the purchaser of the terms and conditions as follows.
Reservations
A deposit of $300.00 per person is required;the balance is due 45 days prior to departure. Contact your travel agent.
Hotels
Deluxe and first class hotel accommodations subject to availability and based on single, twin and triple-bedded rooms with private bath wherever available and inclusive of service charges and taxes.
Trip Planning
Charges for our services in planning and operating your trip are included (securing of reservations, issuance of documents, preparation of detailed itineraries, etc.) Based on the complexity of the land arrangements.Communication expenses incurred by us in effecting arrangements. These charges are in addition to commissions, if any, received from organizations providing travel accommodations.
Airfares
AIRFARES ARE NOT INCLUDED.
Not Included in the Tour Price
Immigration, port/ airport taxes or similar taxes levied locally. Tips, laundry, excess baggage charges and other items of a similar personal nature are not included. Wines, liquors, mineral waters, or other beverages such as tea and coffee when not included on the regular menu.
Rates
All rates as quoted as based on current tariffs and current rates of exchange and are therefore subject to modification and change.
Private Car
Chauffeur driven tours include all running expense of the car, insurance, etc., and driver’s board and lodging.

Cancellations
Cancellations received more than 60 days prior to the commencement of the tour will be subject to a $300.00 per person cancellation penalty. Cancellations received between 60 and 45 days prior to the commencement of the tour will be subject to a cancellation charge of 20% of the tour cost. Cancellations received between 45 and 14 days prior to the commencement of the tour will be subject to a cancellation charge of 30% of the tour cost. Cancellations received within 14 days of the departure will be subject to forfeiture of the entire tour cost.

Responsibility
The responsibility of AutoVenture, division of AutoVenture International, Inc., 720 3rd Ave, Suite 2200, Seattle, WA 98104, is strictly limited. As a tour operator, AutoVenture organizes, promotes and sells tour programs consisting of certain travel services, including, but not limited to, surface transportation, sightseeing excursions and hotel accommodations which AutoVenture purchases or reserves from various suppliers The suppliers providing travel services for AutoVenture’s tour programs are independent contractors and are not agents or employees of AutoVenture or any subsidiary company. To the extent that AutoVenture is involved in the sale of air transportation to you, AutoVenture acts as an agent of the air carrier. For all other purposes, AutoVenture does not act as agent for any party whatsoever. AutoVenture is not responsible for the willful or negligent acts and/or omissions of such suppliers and any carrier or their respective employees, agents, servants or representatives including, without limitation, their failure to deliver or their partial or inadequate delivery of services. All coupons, receipts and tickets are issued subject to the terms and conditions specified by the suppliers and/or carriers. By utilizing the travel services of the suppliers, you agree that neither AutoVenture nor any subsidiary company or representative shall be liable for any accident, injury, property damage or personal loss to you or to those traveling with you in connection with any accommodations, transportation or other travel services or resulting directly or indirectly from any occurrences or conditions beyond its control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, acts of terrorism, defects in vehicles, breakdown in equipment, strikes, theft, delay, cancellation, or changes in itinerary or schedules. These tour programs are planned in advance. If, between planning time and the actual tour operation, circumstances beyond AutoVenture’s control require changes, AutoVenture reserves the right to vary itineraries and substitute components of tour programs. Remember that all travel documents, as well as compliance with customs regulations, are your responsibility. The payment of the required deposit or any other partial payment for a reservation on a tour constitutes consent to all provisions of the conditions and general information contained in this brochure. The terms under which you agree to take these tours cannot be changed or amended except in writing signed by an authorized officer or agent of AutoVenture or its subsidiary companies.
